Four short years later, she was named her division's Salesperson of the Year in Arizona. We are excited to put Joanne's sales and marketing expertise and her excellent customer service skills to good use as our Director of Sales.

Nancy is the Founder of 3 Sheilas Wine & Spirits and is responsible for the business operations and compliance matters of the company. Working as an environmental lawyer most of her career, she is most interested in championing wines and spirits produced from organic and natural ingredients and using sustainable and eco-friendly practices and packaging. Nancy's been known to drink her scotch neat and enjoy a good cigar during a round of golf with her mates.

An accountant with over 30 years' expertise in forecasting, cost analysis and financial planning, Vickie serves as 3 Sheilas' Comptroller. She advises the company on compliance, reporting, budgeting, business process and income and employment tax matters. Vickie holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Management both from Western University.
